Weight Watching

Nikki sees us (Esther and me) using the scale every day and decides her baby should also get weighed. 

Butterfly

Daddy is the only one I know who could catch a butterfly with his hands. 

Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

In my case, the saying actually should be one step forward, two steps back. While I was gathering the laundry, Emmy and Nikki decided to pull all the books off the shelf -- they were making a bunk bed for Andy. 

Esther's Glasses

At her yearly checkup the doctor suggested Esther get an eye exam. She did need glasses (she has been having trouble seeing her very small music for marching band). 

First Day of School 2006

Ben's first day of 7th grade; Andy's first day of kindergarten. They didn't go until the afternoon and it was pouring rain by the time that they went. 

Esther's first day of 6th grade.

Emmy and Nikki didn't actually go with us because Becky and Judy stayed home that day, but they do like to pretend that they are going. These are the shirts Judy brought them back from Florida.
