trouble posting pictures

I'm sorry, Becky, but I cannot post pictures tonight as the screen appears but with no options to do anything. I really think there must be something wrong with the website or whatever, because I've done this so many times and now it won't work. Also, Picasa gives the options of creating a collage which I have done, and then and it puts them together as a grid (square), so that when you print, it squashes the pictures because you must choose a traditional picture size. If anyone has any idea as to how to get it to print what the preview shows, which it says it does, i would appreciate it, as i don't like to keep wasting my ink on squashed pictures.
